Head of Technical Design – Rushden
I’m currently looking for a Head of Technical Design to join a UK leading manufacturer in Rushden, who offer genuine development & career progression.
This is a new role within the business and provides the opportunity for the right candidate to help to build and mould the function for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
– To develop and deliver a strategy designed to deliver exceptional Technical support to the business.
– To develop and implement the right processes to ensure that service levels between design and production are maintained and improved upon.
– To develop and support the team to deliver KPI’s and SLAs
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
