Henry is an experienced director having ran previous successful businesses before transitioning into recruitment. His main focus in recruitment was around the Life Sciences and Aerospace sector throughout the UK and the USA, successfully agreeing terms with the largest companies in the world.

Henry’s strength is in business development, from client calls to meetings this is where you will see Henry at his best. A charismatic communicator allows him to be communicate with all levels of seniority successfully. Clients get a concise process that allows them to get on with daily task with minimal distractions, while Torque deliver the quality candidates the client needs to continue to grow and succeed.

Henry is an avid golfer and is rarely off the golf course (after work of course). He is always looking for an excuse to play, so if you end up talking golf, a round is on the cards.

Harry has a wealth of experience in the White Collar Engineering sector across multiple disciplines. He started out his recruitment career working for a well renowned corporate agency that helped to develop and hone his natural talent as a recruiter. Following the success of growing a large contract network through the North West; Harry was ready for his next challenge and embarked on the road of building Torque Consulting.

Harry’s determination and drive is a key component of Torque Consulting success and when applied to clients recruitment challenges, the results are impressive; leaving Torque’s clients and candidates very happy.

Harry is a massive dog lover and happy to talk about dogs with anyone. Talk to him about his Olde English Bull dog and you may be on the phone a while. He is also keen Manchester City fan and avid (average) striker in his own right, if you don’t see Harry on the football pitch for his beloved Cheadle Athletic FC, I am sure you can find him enjoying a beer in his local.

Ryan has a background in the finance industry and after a successful period as a trainee consultant he is known specialising within the Mechanical Design market across the Northwest sourcing the top design talent and putting them in touch with his variety of clients covering areas such as, Special purpose machinery, Oil & Gas, Automation, Nuclear, Fabrication/Sheet metal, Product design, Aerospace and Automotive.

Ryan is a season ticket holder at Manchester United which shows his resilience… and is an avid follower of F1.

Georgia comes from a retail background; she started here at Torque in July and within 2 weeks of being in the business, she did her first deal! With the skills she gained working at Boots, she has used them to become a confident person with great potential in the recruitment world. Georgia will focus on providing a great service to candidates, giving them the best chance in finding a career in the Engineering sector.

Every Friday by 4pm without fail, Georgia will have a glass of prosecco in her hand, she also loves a good Italian meal and a night out!

Sam has joined the firm with prior experience in various industries, including Accounting, Banking, and most recently, Personal Training. He has a huge interest in engineering, particularly in the aerospace, automotive, and defence industries. He is a huge fan of F1 and Manchester United, and loves beating his friends in their FPL mini leagues. He will be heading up the Design sector in the Southeast.

Meet Jack, our Vice President of Construction. Jack is developing our New York and New Jersey Commercial and Residential Construction Market. He has developed a bank of knowledge and passion working with some of the leading General Contractors throughout New York and New Jersey . Jack is building a reputation as one of New York and New Jerseys top recruiting professionals.

In his spare time, Jack has been known to enjoy a pint of Guinness or 10, he enjoys keeping fit and is an avid Gym goer.

Meet Ainsley, a seasoned professional in the temp and contract blue collar markets with a wealth of knowledge and experience working with some of the UK’s leading construction and facilities management companies. With a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles, Ainsley has built a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner for businesses and job seekers alike.

Before starting his recruitment career James was the director of his own lighting & structure manufacturing business. Due to this, here at Torque James heads up ‘Quality & Manufacturing’ in the North West & Yorkshire, working with the top talent and companies in the area.

James is a Manchester City season ticket holder and thinks of himself as an all-round sportsman, dabbling in football, golf, tennis and marathon running!

James has a strong background in the engineering industry, having worked as a heating engineer for 5 years. Recently, he made a significant move from Dorset to Manchester to pursue a new career in recruitment. Joining Toque in June, he wasted no time and achieved his first successful deal within just two weeks. Beyond his professional ambitions, James is also passionate about fitness, and he recently showcased his dedication by completing the 2023 Manchester marathon, raising a substantial amount of money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. James is currently focused on recruiting engineers in the southeast of England and has his sights set on expanding into the US market in the future.

Comes from a background in the real estate industry. Experience in resales and the investment market

Relocated to Manchester from the south coast last year for career opportunities. Big foodie especially Italian and Mexican – prosecco on the weekend.
