Mission Details
To complete all performance testing of Dalton Site products in line with specification requirements
To support the Leicester / Dalton Quality Manager in the ongoing maintenance of Product Certification
To support site Calibration programme of all equipment used in inspection and testing
To ensure all work is conducted according to accepted Health and Safety practice in order that no one is injured.
To complete all performance testing of Dalton Site products in line with Customer and Product Certification requirements
To carry out testing of all raw materials to set specifications and report on test results
To report any non-conformance / deviations from Specifications and test results on SQC pack
To carry out 8D problem solving, root cause investigations and corrective actions on test failures
To release Products in the SAP system in line with Product testing requirement
Required Profile
– Laboratory experience, that has been gained during working in similar / identical roles
– Testing of raw materials (powders, cements) at goods in
– Testing of finished product in a laboratory testing environment
– Excellent analytical and demonstrated ability in 8D problem solving skills
– Report writing, Recording of test results and verbal communication skills with high levels of attention to detail
– Flexible approach to work.
– Good IT skills
