💰 Compensation & Benefits: $125,000 – $155,000 base salary, plus travel expenses, PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the jobsite schedules, safety, trades, inspections.
- Making real-time decisions to keep the project running smoothly.
- Working closely with your PM to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Setting the bar for quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.

- Proven experience running ground-up commercial interior projects for a GC.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple trades in sync.
- Strong communication skills confident with subs, design teams, and clients.
- A drive to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
