Senior Electrical Engineer – Leeds
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Cleantech business based in Leeds, that has the potential to make a globally significant impact to combat climate change.
Permanent | £60,000 – £70,000 | Hybrid | Flexitime | Company Shares Option
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team with experienced process engineers and Chemists, to create and develop product control designs
- Pursue market leading technologies in order to utilise the most up to date control designs
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical control cabinets
- Specifying, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical equipment on lab and pilot equipment together with chemists and process engineers
- Manage and train the junior electrical and controls engineer
Previous Experience:
- Experience of programming in IEC 61131 languages
- Computer literate, with structured understanding of software design
- Ability to design, implement, install and maintain electrical systems, trouble shoot problems and rectify
- Knowledge of electronic engineering codes
