Title: Project Manager (PM)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire projects rather than individual components, ensuring all aspects are progressing according to plan.
- Serve as the owner’s representative on the design side, involving hiring and management of necessary personnel and consultants.
- Approve contracts and payments for general contractors, focusing on aligning the construction with architectural designs.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong capability in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Deep understanding of construction and design phases, including permits, insurance, and zoning issues.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural drawings and identifying potential issues.
Desirable Experience:
- Professional background in development or architecture, with comprehensive knowledge of the design and construction processes.
- Familiarity with high-end residential projects and non-developer related constructions, such as educational facilities and luxury backyards.
Work Environment:
- Significant projects in Florida, Tri-state area, and occasionally in locations like Las Vegas, LA, and Chicago.
- Mainly office-based with about 20% of the time spent on-site; increased urgency due to recent project acquisitions.

- Initial contact through a phone call followed by an in-depth meeting to discuss experience and process understanding.
