Title: Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the operations manager by handling more administrative and office-related tasks.
- Manage specific aspects of larger projects, such as documentation and insurance requirements.
- Ensure the smooth execution of delegated tasks and maintain project documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and pivoting from one task to another without getting flustered.
- Must be self-motivated and possess a personality that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of construction phases, design, and execution, including knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
Desirable Experience:
- Background in development, design, or architecture is beneficial but not essential, given the emphasis on personality and organizational skills.
- Experience with project coordination in a non-construction-focused role, ideally in settings involving schools, residential houses, office fitouts, or similar projects.
Work Environment:
- Fast-growing company handling high-value projects primarily on the East Coast, including Florida and the Tri-state area.
- Office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with early closing on Fridays. The company observes all Jewish and main legal holidays, with up to two weeks of PTO.
Additional Information:
